Allergen Information
There are 14 common allergenic foods (shown in the diagram below) that can cause a reaction. These foods account for the majority of food allergic reactions, and are the food sources from which many other ingredients are derived. Each allergen is given a number, which is listed alongside each food item so you can identify if it may cause a reaction in your children.
